FaciliCraft III се основава на ученето чрез активно участие и ангажираност, известно като неформално обучение. Програмата ще
включва упражнения за обмен на опит и работа в екип, за да се повиши ефективността на обучението. По време на тези дейности участниците ще размишляват върху своя собствен стил на фасилитиране, ще определят своите силни страни и областите, в които могат да се усъвършенстват, и ще получат обратна връзка от своите колеги.
Цели
Целите на FaciliCraft III са:
- Да разберете по-добре какво представлява фасилитирането и какви компетенции са необходими, за да бъдете (или да станете) фасилитатор
- Да намерите творчески и ангажиращи начини за справяне с вашите собствени предизвикателства или несигурности, свързани с фасилитирането
- Да разработите свой собствен стил на фасилитиране и набор от творчески инструменти за фасилитиране, които могат да се използват в контекста на IVS
- Да тествате и оцените стила на фасилитиране и набора от инструменти в контекста на участника и неговата IVS организация
Профил на участника
Обучителната програма FaciliCraft III е отворена за всеки:
- който работи в областта на IVS (доброволец, служител, член на управителен съвет, обучител и др.), за предпочитане чрез организация, която е член/партньор на CCIVS, Alliance и/или SCI.
- С местожителство в страна, участваща в програмата на ЕС.
- Проявяващи интерес към творчески и ангажиращи умения за фасилитиране – които ще бъдат изследвани чрез импровизационен театър, когнитивни упражнения, комуникационни техники и много други.
- Ангажиран да участва активно и да продължи работата си във втората фаза на проекта, както е описано по-горе.
- Ентусиазиран от идеята да прекара една седмица с международна група от цяла Европа, фокусирайки се върху подобряването на IVS опита и неговите резултати за (бъдещите) участници.
- Навършили минимум 18 години към 15 август.
- Владеещи английски език на ниво, достатъчно за да се изразявате по време на обучението, както и при последващата (онлайн) оценка.
- Очакващи с нетърпение една забавна седмица в Пиирсалу, Естония!
Пътуване и настаняване
- Настаняването и храненето по време на курса са осигурени
- Няма такса за участие в FaciliCraft III
- Компенсация за пътуване: действителни разходи за автобус/влак/самолет с максимална сума (разстоянието се изчислява от мястото на пребиваване до Пиирсалу на Калкулатор за разстояния | Erasmus+)Възстановяване на разходите за български участници: 309 евро (незелени); 417 евро (зелени)
- Компенсация за разходите за виза за участници от Турция (с таван от 125 евро на човек).

Място на провеждане
Пиирсалу е село в западната част на Естония, където можете да се слеете с равнинния терен и природата, характерни за страната. Обучението се провежда в Piirsalu Klubi, сграда, която е включена в списъка за опазване на културното наследство заради своята архитектура. Пътуването от столицата Талин дотам отнема около час. Ще споделяте стая с 2-3 други участници, като душовете и тоалетните са в коридорите. Храната ще включва предимно местни ястия от летния сезон.
The project
FaciliCraft III is grounded in learning through active participation and engagement, known as non-formal learning. The programme will
include sharing exercises and teamwork to make learning more effective. During these activities, participants will reflect on their own
facilitation style, identify their strengths and areas for improvement, and receive feedback from their peers.
Objectives
The objectives of FaciliCraft III are to:
- Better understand what facilitation is and which competences one need to be(come) a facilitator
- Find creative and engaging ways to approach your own challenges or uncertainties related to facilitation
- Develop one’s own facilitation style and creative facilitation toolkit that can be used in the context of IVS
- Test out and evaluate the facilitation style and toolkit in the context of the participant and their IVS organisation
Participant’s profile
The FaciliCraft III training programme is open to anyone:
- Involved in the field of IVS (volunteering, staff, board member, trainer, etc.), preferably through an organisation that is a member/partner in CCIVS, Alliance and/or SCI.
- Based in an EU Programme Country.
- Interested in creative and engaging facilitation skills – to be explored through improvisation theatre, cognitive exercises, communication techniques and many more.
- Committed to actively participate in and follow-up in the second phase of the project as described above.
- Excited about the idea of spending a week with an international group from all over Europe, focusing on improving the IVS experience and its outcomes for (future) participants.
- Minimally 18 years old by 15th of August.
- Able to speak sufficient English to be able to express yourself during the training as well as the (online) evaluation afterwards.
- Looking forward to a fun week in Piirsalu, Estonia!
Travel an accomodation
- Accommodation and meals during the training course are provided
- There is no participation fee for FaciliCraft III
- Travel compensation: actual bus/train/flight costs with a maximum (distance calculated from the place of residence to Piirsalu on Distance Calculator | Erasmus+)Reinbursment for Bulgarian participants: EUR 309(non-green); EUR 417 (green)
- Compensation for visa costs for participants from Türkiye (capped by EUR 125 each).

Venue
Piirsalu is a village in western Estonia, where you can become one with the flat land and nature that is peculiar to the country. The training takes place in Piirsalu Klubi, a building that is on the list of heritage protection because of its architecture. To reach there from the capital Tallinn, it takes around an hour. You will share a room with 2-3 other participants with showers/toilets in the corridors. Meals will mainly include local food from the summer season.

Come in person to learn about Smokinya, Erasmus+, this project, reimbursement, and ask your questions.
Participation is obligatory, an option is to join via Skype / Hangouts apps.

COST AND FEES
This project is funded by the European Union: accommodation, food, materials, the program and the travel costs up to the maximum allowed amount are fully covered. No fees.
Maximum travel reimbursement for Bulgarians: 309/417 EURper person.
Smokinya Foundation operates thanks to hundreds of volunteering hours per month and donations.
We ask a contribution of 30 EUR from all confirmed applicants.
Your donation covers some of our administrative and organisational expenses and supports Smokinya Foundation’s dream to establish youth-run international volunteering and training centre. In case the suggested donation amount is excessive for you, fill in the application form and contact us.
