Здравейте на всички! Днес ви представяме 8-тото издание на обучителния курс Changemakers, организиран от нашите партньори Egyesek. Това е интензивна програма за личностно развитие.
За какво е обучението?
Cъвършенство. Да правим най-доброто, на което сме способни, с всички ресурси, с които разполагаме.
Участвайки в курса, ще имате възможност за:
* Осъзнаване: да размислите върху вашите вярвания, ценности и нагласи: откъде идват, как се проявяват и как влияят на живота ви.
* Отговорност: да идентифицирате обичайните си начини на действие и мислене и влиянието, което те оказват върху личния и професионалния ви живот.
* Съгласуваност: да придобиете модели и инструменти, с които да се съгласувате с основните си ценности.
* Откритост: да станете по-толерантни към другите и към неочаквани ситуации.
* Честност: Правете това, което казвате, и казвайте това, което правите, като приложите опита си в реалния живот.
Тези курсове за обучение са предназначени за хора, които:
* са навършили 18 години
* могат да общуват ясно на английски език
* са жители на европейски страни
* имат опит в работата с младежи; работят или са доброволци като членове на персонала на младежки организации, ментори, младежки лидери и възпитатели за период от най-малко 6 месеца
* напълно ангажирани; напълно желаещи и способни да участват в интензивна програма с дълги работни часове, с неконвенционален подход, който може да не е подходящ за всеки.

Hello all ! Today we’re sharing with you the 8th edition of the Changemakers Training Course held by our partners Egyesek. It is an intense personal development program.
What is the training about?
Excellence. Doing the best we can with all the resources that are available to us.
By participating, you will have the opportunity for :
* Awareness: Reflect on your beliefs, values and attitudes: where do they come from, how they are manifested and how they affect your life.
* Accountability: Identify your usual ways of doing and thinking and the impact they have on your personal and professional life
* Alignment: Acquire models and tools to align yourself with your core values.
* Openness: Become more inclusive towards others and unexpected situations.
* Integrity: Do what you say, and say what you do by putting your experience into real-life practice.
This training courses are for people, who are :
* at least 18 years old
* able to communicate clearly in English
* residents of European countries
* experienced in youth work; Working or volunteering as staff members of youth organizations, mentors, youth leaders, and educators for at least 6 months
* fully committed; Fully willing and able to take part in an intensive program with long working hours, with an unconventional approach that might not work for everyone.

Application process: You can apply via the application form to either or both of the training courses, and Egyesek will shortly get back to you with the selection results.
IMPORTANT
Obligatory pre-departure meeting: date, time, place – to be announced and sent upon confirmation.
Come in person to learn about Smokinya, Erasmus+, this project, reimbursement and ask your questions.
Participation is obligatory, an option is to join via Skype / Hangouts apps.

This is learning program funded by Erasmus+ programme.
That requires commitment. You will be asked to organise a follow-up activity after the program.
The program is intensive and challenging.
The program does NOT include cultural and touristic sightseeing.

COST AND FEES
This project is funded by Erasmus+ programme: accommodation, food, materials, the programme and the travel costs up to the maximum allowed amount are covered.There is 70 € of contribution fee to be paid through Egyesek website upon selection.
Maximum travel reimbursement for Bulgarians: 309EUR/417EUR (green travel) per person.
Smokinya Foundation operates thanks to hundreds of volunteering hours per month and donations.
We ask a contribution of 30 EUR from all confirmed applicants.
Your donation covers some of our administrative and organisational expenses and supports Smokinya Foundation’s dream to establish youth-run international volunteering and training centre. In case the suggested donation amount is excessive for you, fill in the application form and contact us.
