Why Humus?
Humus is the core part of the soil, the dark organic material in soils providing fertility. Humus is what is left from the before and is what we have for starting the new.
Humus is a 3-year Volunteering Teams project aimed at creating more resilient communities by fostering a healthy lifestyle, encouraging collective action on climate change, and nurturing a sense of belonging to support social inclusion. It mobilises young volunteers and enhances civic and community engagement in local contexts. This second year focuses on inclusion and well-being through active participation, community engagement, and hands-on work, contributing to a renewed spirit of togetherness and helping shape more inclusive and resilient societies.

This is learning program funded by Erasmus+ programme.
That requires commitment. You will be asked to organise a follow-up activity after the program.
Get to know all provided information in the info letter before you submit your application form.
Apply only when you know you want to participate and you have the dates of the program available.
Travel reimbursement is only sent to those who fully participate in all phases, including the follow-up and dissemination.

This project is funded by Erasmus+ programme: accommodation, food, materials, the programme and the travel costs up to the maximum allowed amount are fully covered.
