This is a 9-day personal development training course based on principles of care, creativity, accountability and efficiency. In See Beyond 2., the main focus is to give space for participants to create their own space for learning, only by giving the frame and the context.

This is an 8-day personal development training course based upon the principles of self-awareness, resourcefulness and accountability.

About the projects:
These training courses are an invitation to challenge our mindsets towards an improvement for greatness. To let go of certainties that might make us right, but don’t make our lives work. To go beyond stories that trap us. These courses stand as an opening to welcome an impactful new perspective on life, to create the space for decisions and taking actions that give a sense of purpose and passion to our lives.
By participating, you will have the opportunity for:
- Awareness – reflect on your beliefs, values and attitudes: where do they come from, how they are manifested and how they affect your life
- Accountability – identify your usual ways of doing and thinking and the impact they have on your personal and professional life
- Alingment – acquire models and tools to align yourself with your core values
- Openness – become more inclusive towards others and unexpected situations
- Integrity – do what you say, and say what you do by putting your experience into real-life practice
This training courses are for people, who are:
- at least 18 years old
- able to communicate clearly in English
- residents of European countries
- experienced in youth work
- fully committed
IMPORTANT
Obligatory pre-departure meeting: date, time, place – to be announced and sent upon confirmation.
Come in person to learn about Smokinya, Erasmus+, this project, reimbursement and ask your questions.
Participation is obligatory, an option is to join via Skype / Hangouts apps.

This is learning program funded by Erasmus+ programme.
That requires commitment. You will be asked to organise a follow-up activity after the program.
The program is intensive and challenging.
The program does NOT include cultural and touristic sightseeing.
Get to know all provided information in the info letter before you submit your application form.
Apply only when you know you want to participate and you have the dates of the training available.

COST AND FEES
This project is funded by Erasmus+ programme: accommodation, food, materials, the programme and the travel costs up to the maximum allowed amount are fully covered. No fees.
Maximum travel reimbursement for Bulgarians: number EUR per person.
Participation donation: 70 EUR given in cash upon arrival at registration in place. This amount is an investment in your learning and supports the hosting organization’s local activities.
Smokinya Foundation operates thanks to hundreds of volunteering hours per month and donations.
We ask a contribution of 20 EUR /40 leva/ from all confirmed applicants.
Your donation covers some of our administrative and organisational expenses and supports Smokinya Foundation’s dream to establish youth-run international volunteering and training centre. In case the suggested donation amount is excessive for you, fill in the application form and contact us.
