This is a learning program. It requires full focus and participation.
Travel reimbursement is only sent to those who fully participate in all phases, including the follow-up and dissemination.
About the project:
The project is set in a rural area in central Bulgaria. It focuses on the values of Erasmus+: addressing social change, promoting inclusion, and creating a positive impact. This training course will bring together 20 youth workers and professionals from 8 countries. They will develop skills to tackle social challenges, exchange ideas and build meaningful connections through collaboration.
Project is created for those who are looking to:
- Build network with like-minded people for future collaborations
- Develop strategies and learn best practices to raise the impact and the sustainability of your projects
- Enjoy the basic life in a simple, environmentally sustainable environment
- Practice minimalism, experiencing simplicity and appreciation of the essentials
Participant’s profile:
- Aged 18 or above
- Youth worker, educator, working with youth
- Resident in Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Romania, Slovenia or Spain
- Committed to make a difference and create impact
IMPORTANT
Obligatory pre-departure meeting: date, time, place – to be announced and sent upon confirmation.
Come in person to learn about Smokinya, Erasmus+, this project, reimbursement and ask your questions.
Participation is obligatory, an option is to join via Skype / Hangouts apps.

This is learning program funded by Erasmus+ programme.
That requires commitment. You will be asked to organise a follow-up activity after the program.
The program is intensive and challenging.
The program does NOT include cultural and touristic sightseeing.
Get to know all provided information in the info letter before you submit your application form.
Apply only when you know you want to participate and you have the dates of the training available.

General applications are disregarded.
COST AND FEES
This project is funded by Erasmus+ programme: accommodation, food, materials, the programme and the travel costs up to the maximum allowed amount are fully covered. No fees.
Maximum travel reimbursement for Bulgarians: 28€ Standard | 56€ Green Travel – per person.
Participation donation: 20 to 50 EUR given in cash upon arrival at registration in place. This amount is an investment in your learning and supports the hosting organization’s local activities.
