Introduction:
The RISE Up (Radio International Experience Erasmus) project is an innovative initiative bridging the realms of internet radio and the vibrant thoughts of young minds. Established as a platform for sharing, debating, and fostering critical awareness, RISE Up blends modern communication tools with the enthusiasm of youth to create a dynamic space for expression and collaboration.

Goals:
➔Critical Internet Use: Equip young people with a critical tool for conscious internet and social media usage.
➔Inclusive Dialogue: Foster an inclusive channel for sharing and debate among young people from diverse backgrounds.
➔Multimedia Training: Provide a pathway for personal growth and training through multimedia tools, encouraging integration and international collaboration.
➔Culture of Inclusion: Spread a culture of inclusion, listening, and critical information.
➔Innovative Content Creation: Implement an editorial method based on innovative content creation and news editing techniques.
Innovation:
RISE Up stands out by utilizing state-of-the-art tools to connect distant realities, creating a single public space for global debate and discussion. Modern platforms facilitate a fluid learning process, promoting the creation of innovative content relevant to various social contexts.
Mobility of Young People:
The RISE Up project extends beyond virtual platforms with a proposal for a ten-day international effort. Through meetings, debates, and training sessions, participants will engage in a technological environment, connecting with local communities, addressing their challenges, and leveraging their potential.

Project Content:
The youth exchange embraces a non-formal methodology, incorporating creative workshops, interactive presentations, role plays, and cultural empowerment activities. The program focuses on identity, cultural diversity, and empowerment in rural areas, ensuring a holistic learning experience.
Participant Profile:
➔6 participants + 1 team leader (18-30 years old)
➔Open-minded individuals interested in rural development and cultural diversity
➔Participants should actively contribute to project preparation and follow-up activities
➔Inclusion of participants from rural areas and those with fewer opportunities is encouraged
Accommodation:
Participants will stay at Villa Vesuviana, offering shared rooms with private facilities. Accommodation emphasizes cultural diversity, as participants will share rooms with individuals from different nationalities.
Transport and Reimbursement:
Travel by plane is recommended, and the project will refund up to 275 EURO per participant. Itinerary planning and ticket confirmation will be coordinated with the host organization to streamline the reimbursement process.

Participation is obligatory, an option is to join via Skype / Hangouts apps.
This is learning program funded by Erasmus+ programme.
That requires commitment. You will be asked to organise a follow-up activity after the program.
The program is intensive and challenging.
The program does NOT include cultural and touristic sightseeing.
