Are you ready for a unique challenge that combines outdoor adventures with teamwork and personal growth? If you’re someone who loves the outdoors, enjoys collaborating with others, and is eager to learn more about teamwork and cooperation, then In or Out is the perfect project for you!
What is In or Out?
In or Out is not your ordinary youth exchange program. It’s all about learning by doing together with others, caring for a shared space, and unleashing your creativity to create unforgettable outdoor activities. The project aims to foster a playful and secure environment where participants can discover their strengths, learn from each other, and leave inspired.
What to Expect?
During this dynamic 12-day exchange, you’ll have the opportunity to:
➔ Discover how to include yourself in a group
➔ Identify your unique strengths and how to leverage them
➔ Explore and share your values and vision
➔ Learn through informal settings
➔ Connect with others from different cultural backgrounds
➔ Guide your own learning process
➔ Develop outdoor activities from scratch
➔ Foster sustainability within a community
➔ Build resilience and use cooperation to achieve your goals

Learning Approach:
You’ll be part of an intercultural group of 54 youngsters from 9 different countries, engaging in hands-on learning experiences. Expect packed and dynamic days filled with outdoor play, experimentation, and fun. Plus, you’ll get to put your newfound skills to the test during an exciting outdoor challenge.
Who Are We Looking For?
Whether you’re a seasoned outdoor enthusiast or someone new to Erasmus+ projects, there’s a place for you in In or Out. We’re seeking:
Group Leaders:
➔ Age 18-25
➔ Passionate about outdoor activities
➔ Background in working with youngsters preferred
➔ Enthusiastic, supportive, and initiative-taking
➔ Willing to work closely with us to shape the project
➔ Ready to lead workshops and activities
Participants:
➔ Age 15-21
➔ Interest in nature and outdoor games
➔ No previous Erasmus+ experience required
➔ Eager to improve cooperation skills
➔ Active, creative, and excited about informal learning
Project Details:
Travel Reimbursement:
We offer travel reimbursement for both the Preparation Visit and Youth Exchange, making it accessible for all participants. You can choose between green and non-green travel options.
Participation fee:
In case you choose the non-green travel option, there is a 75 euros participation fee for the Youth Exchange, which you can pay from your reimbursement.
For example – the travel cost is 200 euros, you will get 275 euros. With the 75 euros that are left, you are able to pay the participation fee of 75 euros.
Venue and Accommodation:
The project will take place in and around Ommen, a picturesque city surrounded by nature. Our main accommodation will serve as both a home and workspace, providing a cozy environment for collaboration and growth. Catering will be provided by the foundation.

Participation is obligatory, an option is to join via Skype / Hangouts apps.
This is learning program funded by Erasmus+ programme.
That requires commitment. You will be asked to organise a follow-up activity after the program.
The program is intensive and challenging.
The program does NOT include cultural and touristic sightseeing.

Apply only when you know you want to participate and you have the dates of the training available.

COST AND FEES
This project is funded by Erasmus+ programme: accommodation, food, materials, the programme and the travel costs up to the maximum allowed amount are fully covered. No fees.
Participants’ Contribution:
We encourage personal accountability and ownership of the program and ask for a sliding-scale donation of 50-100 EUR. In any case, apply and do let us know if you face any obstacle.
