ПРОЕКТЪТ

„Dana HH 09 (Musical)“ е проект на доброволчески екип, чиято цел е да подкрепи гражданското общество в районите, засегнати от наводненията „DANA“ във Валенсия през 2024 г. Чрез музика, художествено изразяване и общностни дейности доброволците ще спомогнат за повишаване на осведомеността относно последиците от бедствието и ще подкрепят местни инициативи, допринасящи за възстановяването на засегнатите райони.

Проектът е част от инициативата „Dana Helping Hand“ и продължава работата на предишни инициативи.

Цели на проекта:

  • Подкрепа на общностите, засегнати от наводненията „Дана“ във Валенсия през 2024 г.
  • Повишаване на осведомеността относно последствията от бедствието чрез музика, художествено изразяване и комуникация.
  • Укрепване на социалните връзки между международните доброволци и местните общности.
  • Подкрепа на местни сдружения и инициативи, работещи за възстановяването и реконструкцията на засегнатите райони.

    Проектът се организира от „De Amicitia“ – испанска организация, занимаваща се с международен доброволчески труд и междукултурен обмен.

    ДЕЙНОСТИТЕ

    Доброволците ще участват в дейности като:

  • Провеждане на концерти в районите, засегнати от наводненията, причинени от циклона „Дана“, като използват музиката, за да обединят хората и да повишат осведомеността.
  • Подкрепа на местни инициативи, свързани с възстановяването и реконструкцията на засегнатите общности.
  • Документиране и популяризиране на проекта чрез фотография, видео, социални медии и други комуникационни дейности.
  • Изграждане на взаимоотношения с местните жители и участие в дейностите на общността.

    НАСТАНЯВАНЕ

    Ще отседнеме в нашата къща в Санет и Негллас – CASA JAZMIN. Първите дни ще бъдат посветени на репетиции и групова динамика, поради което групата ще остане в тази отдалечена къща, за да може да създаде репертоар. През следващите дни участниците ще пътуват до други места, където също ще нощуват, така че проектът е донякъде пътуващ. Разходите за храна се поемат от De Amicitia. Доброволците трябва сами да си приготвят храната.

    THE PROJECT

    Dana HH 09 (Musical) is a volunteering team project that aims to support civil society in areas affected by the DANA floods in Valencia in 2024. Through music, artistic expression and community activities, volunteers will help raise awareness of the disaster’s consequences and support local initiatives contributing to the recovery of the affected areas.

    The project is part of the Dana Helping Hand Project and continues the work of previous initiatives.

    Project objectives:

  • Support communities affected by the DANA floods in Valencia in 2024.
  • Raise awareness of the consequences of the disaster through music, artistic expression and communication.
  • Strengthen social connections between international volunteers and local communities.
  • Support local associations and initiatives working towards the reconstruction and recovery of the affected areas.

    The project is organised by De Amicitia, a Spanish organisation involved in international volunteering and intercultural exchange.

    THE ACTIVITIES

    Volunteers will participate in activities such as:

  • Performing concerts in locations affected by the DANA floods, using music to bring people together and raise awareness.
  • Supporting local initiatives connected with the recovery and reconstruction of affected communities.
  • Documenting and promoting the project through photography, video, social media and other communication activities.
  • Building relationships with local residents and contributing to community activities.

    THE ACCOMMODATION

    We will stay at our house in Sanet i Negrlas CASA JAZMIN. The first days will be used to practiseand rehearsal and for group dynamics, and therefore the group will stay at this remote house to be able to create a repertory. During the following days, they will be travelling to other locations where they will also sleep, so the project is a bit itinerant.. Food expenses are covered by De Amicitia. The volunteers are meant to cook their meals.

    IMPORTANT
    Obligatory pre-departure to be announced and sent upon confirmation.
    Come in person to learn about Smokinya, ESC, this project, reimbursement and ask your questions.
    Participation is obligatory, an option is to join via emails.

    COST AND FEES

    This project is funded by the ESC program: accommodation, food, materials, the program and the travel costs up to the maximum allowed amount are fully covered. No fees.

    Maximum travel reimbursement for Bulgarians: 275 EUR per person and 320 EUR per person for green travel

    Smokinya Foundation operates thanks to hundreds of volunteering hours per month and donations.
    We ask a contribution of 30 EUR from all confirmed applicants.
    Your donation covers some of our administrative and organisational expenses and supports Smokinya Foundation’s dream to establish youth-run international volunteering and training centre. In case the suggested donation amount is excessive for you, fill in the application form and contact us.
