Какво е Vitality?
Vitality е проект за доброволчество на Европейския корпус за солидарност в селските райони на Италия за млади хора, които искат да придобият реален опит и желаят да променят живота си.
Активен от 2020 г., проектът е приел повече от 30 дългосрочни доброволци. Проектът продължава да се разраства всяка година, като приветства все повече млади хора за значими дългосрочни преживявания.
Като се присъедините към Vitality, вие ставате част от малък международен екип, който живее и работи в Алта Ланга (Пиемонт). Вие ще допринасяте активно за местния живот, като същевременно развивате практически умения, увереност и по-ясна представа за това, което искате да правите в бъдеще.
Доброволческият опит трае 9 месеца, през които ще подкрепяте младежки проекти, културни и общностни събития и международни дейности. В зависимост от интересите си, можете да работите в областта на комуникациите и социалните медии, да помагате в организирането на фестивали и обмени, да участвате в дейности, свързани с околната среда и устойчивостта, и да допринасяте за ежедневния живот на НПО. Ще имате и възможност да развивате свои собствени идеи и лични проекти.

- Ще подпомагате Associazione Vagamondo в разработването на младежки обмени, курсове за обучение и доброволчески проекти в Берголо и в чужбина. Ще помагате и за популяризирането на международните възможности, предлагани в рамките на програмите ESC и Erasmus +, сред местните млади хора. Ще организираме срещи в гимназии, университети и други публични и частни пространства, за да могат доброволците да помогнат на младите хора, които живеят в селските райони, да научат повече за наличните международни възможности.
- Община Берголо организира фестивали и културни събития, свързани с музика и изкуство. Вашата роля ще бъде да сътрудничите и подкрепяте организаторите на тези събития. Ще имате възможност да предлагате и да се грижите за организацията на дейности, които управлявате, или на нови културни събития.
- Доброволците ще работят по обогатяващата инициатива Bergolo Digitale, която дигитализира художественото наследство на града, прави го достъпно онлайн и позволява на посетителите да получават информация за изложените произведения на изкуството и пленерните картини чрез QR кодове, поставени отстрани на творбите. Планира се разширяване на дигитализирането и в други села в долината Бормида и постепенно и в други общини от споменатите провинции, включително и дигитализиране на човешкото наследство чрез интервюта с известни личности.
- Доброволците ще допринесат за разработването на инициативи и определянето на стратегии за противодействие на обезлюдяването на Берголо и долината Бормида, считани за едни от най-изолираните райони в Италия.
Една от тези стратегии е насърчаването на устойчив туризъм чрез различни канали и предоставянето на туристическа информация на посетителите на село Берголо. - В рамките на вашите учебни цели и целите на проекта ще бъдете насърчавани да реализирате свой собствен личен проект.
Условия за доброволчество
Пътните разходи до и от мястото на проекта се възстановяват съгласно правилата на Европейския корпус за солидарност. Максималният бюджет за пътуване зависи от разстоянието между мястото ви на пребиваване и Берголо. След като бъдете избран, ще получите ясна информация за бюджета си за пътуване и как да резервирате пътуването си.
Всеки доброволец получава месечни джобни пари в размер на 180 евро за покриване на лични разходи по време на проекта. Към това се добавя месечна надбавка за храна в размер до 165 евро, възстановявана съгласно правилата на проекта. Доброволците организират и приготвят сами храната си, самостоятелно или заедно с други.
Обичайното ежедневно работно време е от 9:30 до 13:00 и от 14:30 до 18:00, от понеделник до петък. Графикът ще бъде различен и може да включва уикенди, когато в Берголо се провеждат младежки обмени, обучения или други събития. Тайната дума за кандидатстване е „Bee“.
Транспортните разходи, свързани с дейностите по проекта, се покриват от организацията. Най-близката автобусна спирка е в Кортемилия, а най-близката жп гара е в Ченджо. На доброволците ще бъдат предоставени велосипеди, с които да разгледат местността в свободното си време. Организацията предоставя автомобил, който може да се използва от доброволците в рамките на установените правила.
Настаняване
Доброволците ще живеят в апартаменти в същата сграда, в която се намира нашият офис. Всеки апартамент разполага с 2 спални, оборудвани за 2 души, както и обща кухня, трапезария и баня. Новите доброволци ще се настанят в стаите, заменяйки предишните доброволци, които са приключили службата си. Всички разходи за настаняване (наем/сметки/редовна поддръжка) се поемат от организацията.

What is Vitality?
Vitality is a European Solidarity Corps volunteering project in rural Italy for young people who want real experience and looking forward to change their life. Active since 2020, the project has hosted more than 30 long-term volunteers. The project keeps growing every year, welcoming more young people for meaningful long-term experiences.
By joining Vitality, you become part of a small international team living and working in Alta Langa (Piedmont). You will actively contribute to local life while developing practical skills, confidence, and a clearer idea of what you want to do next.
The volunteering experience lasts 9 months, during which you will support youth projects, cultural and community events, and international activities. Depending on your interests, you may work on communication and social media, help organise festivals and exchanges, take part in environmental and sustainability actions, and contribute to everyday NGO life. You’ll also have space to develop your own ideas and personal project.

You will provide support to Associazione Vagamondo in the development of youth exchanges, training courses and volunteering projects in Bergolo and abroad. You will also help promoting the international opportunities available within the ESC and Erasmus + Programme to local young people.We will organise meetings in high schools, universities and other public and private spaces, for volunteers to help young people who live in rural areas to learn more about available international opportunities.
- The municipality of Bergolo organizes festivals and cultural events of music and art. Your role will be to collaborate and support the organizers of these events. You will also have the chance to propose and take care of the organization of activities managed by you or new cultural events.
- Volunteers will work on the enriching Bergolo Digitale initiative, which digitizes the artistic heritage of the town, makes it usable online and allows visitors to access information on the artworks exhibited and plain air through QR codes affixed to the side of the works. It is planned to expand the digitization paths to other villages in the Bormida Valley and, gradually, also to other municipalities of the provinces mentioned, also including the digitization of human heritage, through interviews with relevant personalities.
- Volunteers will contribute to developing initiatives and identifying strategies to counter the depopulation of Bergolo and the Bormida Valley, considered one of the isolated areas of Italy.
One of those strategies is the promotion of sustainable tourism through various channels and offering tourist information to visitors to the village of Bergolo - In the framework of your learning goals and of the goals of the project, you will be encouraged to carry out your own personal project.
Volunteering Conditions
Travel costs to and from the project location are reimbursed according to the rules of the European Solidarity Corps. The maximum travel budget depends on the distance between your place of residence and Bergolo. Once selected, you will receive clear information about your travel budget and how to book your trip.
Each volunteer receives a monthly pocket money of 180€ to cover personal expenses during the project. Plus a monthly food allowance of up to 165€, reimbursed according to the project rules. Volunteers organise and prepare their own meals, independently or together with others.
The usual daily working schedule is from 9:30 to 13:00 and from 14:30 to 18:00, from Monday to Friday. The timetable will be different and can include weekends when youth exchanges, trainings, or other events happen in Bergolo. The secret word to apply is “Bee”.
Transportation expenses related to the project activities are covered by the organization. The closest bus station is in Cortemilia, the closest train station in Cengio. Volunteers will be provided with bicycles to explore the local area in their free time. The organisation provides a car that can be used by volunteers within the established regulations.
Accomodation
Volunteers will live in apartments in the same building where our office is. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms equipped for 2 people, plus a common kitchen, dining room, and a bathroom per apartment. New volunteers will be settled in the rooms, replacing the previous volunteer who finished the service. All the accommodation expenses (rent/bills/regular maintenance) are being taken care of by the organization.

COST AND FEES
This project is funded by the European Solidarity Corps programme: accommodation, food, materials, the programme and the travel costs up to the maximum allowed amount are fully covered. No fees.
Maximum travel reimbursement for Bulgarians: 309 EUR per person Green Travel: 417 EUR per person
Smokinya Foundation operates thanks to hundreds of volunteering hours per month and donations.
We ask a contribution of 30 EUR from all confirmed applicants.
Your donation covers some of our administrative and organisational expenses and supports Smokinya Foundation’s dream to establish youth-run international volunteering and training centre. In case the suggested donation amount is excessive for you, fill in the application form and contact us.
