Контекст
Проектът е резултат от срещата на две организации, ангажирани с използването на музиката като инструмент за социално включване, активно участие и овластяване на младежта: Link Association, със седалище в Алтамура (Южна Италия), и Live Room, със седалище в Танжер (Мароко).
След като натрупаха богат опит в тази област и експериментираха с различни практики, свързани с музикалното образование, двете организации решиха да използват този опит в проект за обучение, предназначен за млади младежки работници, които се интересуват от изследването на света на музиката като образователен инструмент и средство за активиране на младежта.
За обучението
Проектът има за цел да проучи различни начини за използване на музиката като инструмент за активно участие, социално включване и овластяване на младежта
и откриване на пространства.
През седмицата ще се проведат следните дейности:
- Въведение в методологиите на кръговата музика, като например:
барабанни кръгове с рециклирани инструменти, ритъм с
знаци, кръгово пеене, звуково рисуване и звуково картографиране; - Задълбочен анализ на казуси, свързани с използването на
музиката като практика за включване и участие; - Практическа групова работа за експериментиране с
придобитите методики и подготовка на заключително
събитие.
Профил на участниците
Проектът е насочен към младежки работници на възраст над 18 години, които проявяват интерес към изследването на света на музиката като инструмент за образование, социално включване, активно участие и ангажираност на младежта.
За участие в проекта не се изискват артистични или музикални умения, а само силно желание да научите артистични методологии, които могат да бъдат използвани в местния ви работен контекст. Не можем обаче да отречем, че умението да свирите на инструмент или разбирането на музиката могат да помогнат за задълбочаване на някои от предложените методологии.
Предпочитание ще се дава на младежки работници, които работят за младежи, центрове или организации, които активно участват в европейски проекти за мобилност.
В курса ще споделим различни методики, насочени към предоставяне на широк поглед върху музиката като инструмент за общност и включване. По същата причина няма да е лесно да се задълбочим в използваните методики.
Ето защо участието се препоръчва не за младежки работници с утвърден опит в областта на музикалната фасилитация, а за професионалисти с интерес към областта, които се доближават до тази тема за първи път.
Финансови правила
Разходите за пътуване, храна и настаняване се покриват от европейския фонд. По отношение на пътуването, разходите ще бъдат възстановени в рамките на таваните, предвидени в Наръчника за ползватели на програмата „Еразъм+“(distance calculator) и съгласно правилата на споразумението за партньорство, което ще бъде подписано.

Проектът ще се проведе от 24 до 31 март 2026 г. (включително дни за пътуване). Ако желаете, можете да пристигнете един ден преди началото на
проекта и да отпътувате един ден след края му. В този случай разходите за настаняване за допълнителните дни НЕ се покриват
от бюджета, така че НЕ се възстановяват.
За да получите възстановяване, трябва да ни изпратите в края на проекта всички документи, свързани с пътуването (билети, фактури, разписки и др.).

Background
The project stems from the meeting of two organizations committed to using music as a tool for social inclusion, active participation, and youth empowerment: the Link Association, based in Altamura (southern Italy), and Live Room, based in Tangier (Morocco).
After gaining extensive experience in the field and experimenting with various practices related to music education, the two organizations decided to put this experience to use in a training project dedicated to young youth workers interested in exploring the world of music as an educational tool and a means of youth activation.
About the Training
The project aims to explore different ways of using music as a tool for active participation, social inclusion, and youth
empowerment and spaces discovery.
The following activities will take place during the week:

Introduction to circular music methodologies such us:
drum circle with recycled instruments, rhythm with
signs, circle singing, sound painting, and sound mapping; -
In-depth analysis of case studies concerning the use of
music as a practice of inclusion and participation;

Practical group work to experiment with the
methodologies acquired and preparation of a final
event.
Participant Profile
The project is aimed at youth workers aged 18 and over who are interested in exploring the world of music as a tool for education, social inclusion, active participation, and youth engagement.
No artistic or musical skills are required to participate in the project, only a strong desire to learn artistic methodologies that can be used in your local work context. However, we cannot deny that knowing how to play an instrument or understanding music can help to deepen some of the proposed methodologies.
Preference will be given to youth workers who work for youth, centers or organizations that are are actively involved in European mobility projects.
In the course we will share various methodologies aimed at providing a broad overview of music as a tool for community and inclusion. For the same reason, it will not be easy to delve deeply into the methodologies used.
Therefore, participation is recommended not for youth workers with established experience in the field of music facilitation, but for professionals with an interest in the field who are approaching this subject for the first time.
Financial Rules
Travel, board and lodging expenses are covered by the European fund. Regarding the travel, the expenses will be reimbursed within the limits of the ceilings as foreseen by the User’s Guide of the program Erasmus+ (distance calculator) and according to the rules of the Partnership Agreement that will be signed.
In the case you want to use GREEN TRAVEL option please contact the organization.
The project dates are 24 – 31 March 2026 (travel days included). If you want, you can arrive one day before the beginning of the
project and leave one day after the end. In this case, the accommodation expenses for the extra-days will be NOT covered
by the budget, so they will be NOT reimbursed.
To get reimbursed, you need to send us, at the end of the project, all the documents related to the travel (tickets, invoices, receipts etc.).

IMPORTANT
Obligatory pre-departure meeting: date, time, place – to be announced and sent upon confirmation.

Participation is obligatory, an option is to join via Skype / Hangouts apps.

COST AND FEES
This project is funded by Erasmus+ programme: accommodation, food, materials, the programme and the travel costs up to the maximum allowed amount are fully covered. No fees.
Maximum travel reimbursement for Bulgarians: 395 euros per person. Green Travel: 535 euros per person
Smokinya Foundation operates thanks to hundreds of volunteering hours per month and donations.
We ask a contribution of 30 EUR from all confirmed applicants.
Your donation covers some of our administrative and organisational expenses and supports Smokinya Foundation’s dream to establish youth-run international volunteering and training centre. In case the suggested donation amount is excessive for you, fill in the application form and contact us.
