We are constantly exposed to information, digital stimulation, and social pressure, yet many experience loneliness, burnout, and a lack of meaning.
“RESET: Beyond the System” is Smokinya Foundation’s answer to this paradox.
It invites participants to step out of digital noise, reconnect with their values, body, and environment, and rediscover clarity and purpose in their personal and professional lives.
Hello everyone ! The RESET has started !
Yesterday all the participants arrived, had diner and got accommodated.
After the boring paperwork, the time of the disconnection came. They all reflected on their expectations and fears, wrote them and sealed them along with their phone in the chest !
This morning we started at 7am with a sport session, a way to disrupt the old routines of each and discover ways to create new ones.
We started the afternoon by formally introducing the trainers and the team; who are we? what do we do? why RESET?
The following sessions were focused on reflexions ,alone and in groups, about the first hours disconnected, the challenges we face and the learning expectations.
We finished the day with an after diner walk to the closest hill of Plovdiv called the « Youth Hill ». Arrived at the top a couple cats and the snow welcomed us.
