The PathWay project aims to empower young people to discover their strengths, build confidence and connect across cultures, gaining competences and inspiration to shape their own personal and professional path and make a positive impact in their communities and their lives.
Organised by ESN Thessaloniki the local branch of the Erasmus Student Network in Greece, a volunteer-based organisation supporting international students and promoting intercultural exchange
Where: Nisa Glamping, Pralia Rachon, Greece.
When: October to November 2026
Participating countries: Greece, Latvia, Italy, Lithuania, Poland or Bulgaria
If you are:
– A resident of Greece, Latvia, Italy, Lithuania, Poland or Bulgaria
– 18-30 years old
– Motivated to learn, grow and step out of your comfort zone
– Open-minded, enthusiastic and respectful towards others
– Willing to try new things and experiment
– Able to communicate in English
