A journey to rebuild humanity in a digitally overstimulated world.
We are constantly exposed to information, digital stimulation, and social pressure, yet many experience loneliness, burnout, and a lack of meaning.
“RESET: Beyond the System” is Smokinya Foundation’s answer to this paradox.
It invites participants to step out of digital noise, reconnect with their values, body, and environment, and rediscover clarity and purpose in their personal and professional lives.

What to expect
By the end of the training, participants will be able to:
☘ Identify and map the systems they are part of (personal, organizational, societal).
☘ Recognize patterns of reactivity and practice conscious decision-making.
☘ Manage their digital habits and practice mindful use of technology.
☘ Communicate their values and life purpose with clarity.
☘ Apply systemic tools (such as the 5R Model) in personal and organizational contexts.
☘ Integrate self-reflection and peer learning as lifelong habits.

That requires commitment. You will be asked to organise a follow-up activity after the program.
The program is intensive and challenging.
The program does NOT include cultural and touristic sightseeing.

COST AND FEES
This project is funded by Erasmus+ programme: accommodation, food, materials, the programme and the travel costs up to the maximum allowed amount are fully covered.
Maximum travel reimbursement for Bulgarians: based on distance calculator.
Participation contribution:
We ask for a sliding scale contribution based on your individual situation.
50-90 EUR suggested sliding range per person, based on your individual situation.
That is to support our field work and the renovation works in our rural centre.
Smokinya Foundation operates thanks to hundreds of volunteering hours per month and donations.
Your contributions cover some of our administrative and organisational expenses and supports Smokinya Foundation’s dream to establish youth-run international volunteering and training centre. In case the suggested donation amount is excessive for you, fill in the application form and contact us.
