Top Rent a Car is our logistical partner for this youth exchange.
This Youth Exchange will gather 30 participants so they can disconnect from the digital world and reconnect with themselves, others, and the joy of shared experiences.
Set in a rural area in Bulgaria, the project centers around food – preparing, cooking, and sharing meals together with local residents to foster cultural exchange and human connection.
During this exchange, participants will have the chance to build:
Soft Skills – communication, teamwork, and personal development.
Hands-On Skills – preparing diverse recipes with simple, local ingredients.
Cultural Exchange – experience Bulgarian culture and values, alongside an international group from across Europe.
Time for Yourself – unwind in a quiet environment, close to nature, away from city stress.
You can expect a simple, modest setting that encourages meaningful interactions, free from distractions.
We promote:
Digital Disconnection – a space to unplug and immerse in authentic, face-to-face engagement.
Hands-On Learning – creative cooking activities that encourage teamwork and mindful food preparation.
Art for Self-Expression – a tool for collaboration, creativity, and joy in a shared environment.
Learning by Doing – an approach supporting personal growth and skill-building through active participation.
Who can join:
– Aged 18–25 (GL – 18 and above)
– No prior knowledge required
– Enthusiastic about learning, teamwork, and cultural exchange
– Resident in Bulgaria, Italy, Spain, Romania, Estonia or Greece

COST AND FEES
This project is funded by Erasmus+ programme: accommodation, food, materials, the programme and the travel costs up to the maximum allowed amount are fully covered.
CONTRIBUTION
Participants’ contribution is between 20-30 EUR per person what you pay upon arrival. This contribution represents an investment in your own growth and helps support the overall project.
Maximum travel reimbursement for Bulgarians: 28 EUR Standard or 56€ Green Travel per person.
