Top Rent a Car is our logistical partner for this youth exchange.
Hello everyone!
It is already half of the project today and so many things already happened !
Two birthdays, five cakes, six international and two local dishes ! (prepared by the participants of course)

On the 2nd of may they created their wheel of competences to see it evolve trought the Youth exchange. Then, in their national groups, they planned and proposed recipes for the next day meals. They took care of the lunch and dinner menu and preparation for the 3rd of may with the team support.
For this occasion of culture sharing around food, they invited the locals for both meals.

Everyone had a blast eating, laughing and dancing together !

On the 4th of may, the participant went for some adventures in Karlovo and had some missions to complete.
Such as : collect local recipes, ask about a myth or a legend that involves an animal, ask who was Vasil Levski, fun facts about him and find his birth place.
Thanks to Top Rent a Car our logistical partner, we could bring and bring back eight of them!

To kick of this new week, baba Tanya, a local, came to teach the participant how to make homemade bread ! Then, our Bulgarian cook taught them how to make banitsa.

If at this point you regret for not applying to this project, don’t worry! You can still apply for our next training courses: Pass It Forward and Write the Future.
To finish this “half project” day they had time to reflect on their wheel of competences and had a free space to express how went the project till here for them.
