European Solidarity Corps volunteering

We are looking for 3 volunteers (One per activity)
ABOUT THE PROJECT
ACTIVITY FOR INCLUSION
– Inclusion of the children from immigrant families in the local community.
– Digital and non-formal education.
– Youth work and culture
Volunteer task:
– Playing interactive and educational games with children.
– Helping them develop digital and language skills through non-formal education methods.
– Organize workshops about intercultural topics, social inclusion and art.
YOUTH CENTRE ACTIVITIES
– Interests and needs of youth in the local community.
– Digital and non-formal education applied to youth work.
– Intercultural, international and European values.
Volunteer task:
– Preparing and conducting activities/workshops based on their own interests and interests of local youth.
– For example: foreign language courses, application support for ESC, volunteering or digital competences workshops and various recycling and DIY workshops.
INFO CENTRE ACTIVITIES
– Equal opportunities for youth in the local community.
– European youth goals, democratic and civic engagement of youth, European citizenship.
– Spreading info about Erasmus and ESC projects.
Volunteer task:
– Promoting Erasmus and ESC opportunities through social media and live/digital presentations.
– Creating promotional and informational videos, podcasts about youth participation in democratic processes, empowering them to become active in their communities.

This is a learning program. It requires full focus and participation.
Travel reimbursement is only sent to those who fully participate in all phases, including the follow-up and dissemination.

Come in person to learn about Smokinya, Erasmus+, this project, reimbursement and ask your questions.
Participation is obligatory, an option is to join via Skype / Hangouts apps.

This is a learning program funded by European Solidarity corps programme.
That requires commitment. You will be asked to organise a follow-up activity after the program.
The program is intensive and challenging.

Smokinya Foundation operates thanks to hundreds of volunteering hours per month and donations.
We ask a contribution of 20 EUR /40 leva/ from all confirmed applicants.
Your donation covers some of our administrative and organisational expenses and supports Smokinya Foundation’s dream to establish youth-run international volunteering and training centre. In case the suggested donation amount is excessive for you, fill in the application form and contact us.
