Concept
The stories we tell ourselves shape our reality.
When we face conflicts, those stories might involve blaming, victimizing, inadequacy, and loneliness, resulting in escalation, isolation, aggression and other experiences that feel far from a happy end…
Through Wholeheartedly we want to learn to play with stories, to apply them to conflict situations and to create stories that serve us, and support us in transforming our life towards learning, growth, peace.
We will work with inner and interpersonal conflicts: we want to acknowledge the energy in them, the emotions and needs that they involve, and use them to take next steps, create connection, and find agreements that work for all.
Profile
You are a right fit for Wholeheartedly, if you are:
– Resident in The Netherlands, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, Latvia, Serbia, Spain, Romania, Ukraine.
– Working with people -also as a volunteer- for example as a facilitator, trainer, coach, teacher, social worker or youth worker;
– 20+ with advanced knowledge of English;
– Willing to experience yourself through a daily intense program;
– Highly motivated to put into practice your learnings during the implementation period.

This is learning program funded by Erasmus+ programme.
That requires commitment. You will be asked to organise a follow-up activity after the program.
The program is intensive and challenging.
The program does NOT include cultural and touristic sightseeing.
Get to know all provided information in the info letter before you submit your application form.
Apply only when you know you want to participate and you have the dates of the training available.

COST AND FEES
This project is funded by Erasmus+ programme: accommodation, food, materials, the programme and the travel costs up to the maximum allowed amount are fully covered.
Maximum travel reimbursement for Bulgarians: 275€. With green travel: 320€.
Participation donation: 100€ given in cash upon arrival at registration in place. This amount is an investment in your learning and supports the hosting organization’s local activities.
Smokinya Foundation operates thanks to hundreds of volunteering hours per month and donations.
We ask a contribution of 20 EUR /40 leva/ from all confirmed applicants.
Your donation covers some of our administrative and organisational expenses and supports Smokinya Foundation’s dream to establish youth-run international volunteering and training centre. In case the suggested donation amount is excessive for you, fill in the application form and contact us.
