При избор се заплаща такса за участие в размер на 70 евро през уебсайта.
Настаняването е Creative Space, в живописното село Холокьо, което е част от световното наследство на ЮНЕСКО. Сградата е заобиколена от природата на върха на хълм. В селото има банкомат, магазин за хранителни стоки и църква.
Creative Space е групово настаняване, предлага стаи с 4 легла и самостоятелни бани. Осигурено е спално бельо.
На разположение са Wi-Fi, хладилници, спортни принадлежности и игри.
Храна ще бъде осигурена в мястото за настаняване според диетичните изисквания. Кафе, чай и плодове ще се предлагат през деня.
По-подробна информация за мястото на провеждане и как да се стигне до него ще бъде включена в писмото за потвърждение, което ще бъде изпратено на участниците след тяхното приемане.

The project

These training courses are an invitation to challenge our mindsets towards an improvement for greatness. To let go of certainties that might make us right, but don’t make our lives work. To go beyond stories that trap us. These courses stand as an opening to welcome an impactful new perspective on life, to create the space for decisions and taking actions that give a sense of purpose and passion to our lives.

Cost and fees

There is 70 € of contribution fee to be paid through the website upon selection.
The accommodation is Creative Space, in the picturesque village of Hollókő, which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage. The building is surrounded by nature on the top of a hill. ATM, convenience store, and church are available in the village.
Creative Space is a group accommodation, there are rooms with 4 beds and private bathrooms for the rooms. Bed linens are provided.
Wi-fi, fridges, sports tools and games are available.
Food will be provided at the accommodation based on diet requirements. Coffee, tea and fruits will be available during the day.
More detailed information on the venue and how to reach the place will be included in the confirmation letter that will be sent to participants after their acceptance.

Obligatory pre-departure to be announced and sent upon confirmation.
Come in person to learn about Smokinya, Erasmus+, this project, reimbursement, and ask your questions.
Participation is obligatory, an option is to join via Skype / Hangouts apps.

That requires commitment. You will be asked to organise a follow-up activity after the program.
The program is intensive and challenging.
The program does NOT include cultural and touristic sightseeing.
Get to know all provided information in the info pack before you submit your application form.
Apply only when you know you want to participate and you have the dates of the training available.
Travel reimbursement is only sent to those who fully participate in all phases, including the follow-up and dissemination.

COST AND FEES
This project is funded by the European Union: accommodation, food, materials, the program and the travel costs up to the maximum allowed amount are fully covered. No fees.

Maximum travel reimbursement for Bulgarians: 417 EUR per person.
Participation donation: 70 EUR to be paid via website. This amount is an investment in your learning and supports the hosting organization’s local activities.

Smokinya Foundation operates thanks to hundreds of volunteering hours per month and donations.
We ask a contribution of 30 EUR from all confirmed applicants.
Your donation covers some of our administrative and organisational expenses and supports Smokinya Foundation’s dream to establish youth-run international volunteering and training centre. In case the suggested donation amount is excessive for you, fill in the application form and contact us.
