Hello everyone ! Today we are sharing with you the result of the “Lead The Way” Training Course held in Liepupe, Latvia by our partner “Review Latvia”.
This Training Course took place from 23 to 29 September 2024. As a main outcome, the participants created a booklet/toolkit for youth workers. It is designed to support young youth workers stepping into leadership roles within their organizations and communities.
This toolkit offers practical guidance to develop core leadership skills such as resilience, team guidance, change management, and organizational oversight.
It is meant to be a living resource, encouraging reflection and growth in the complex, rewarding world of youth work.
