Hello all ! We are looking for 2 motivated ESC volunteers for Asociación Marroqui
Objectives of the project :
· The main objective of the project is to promote solidarity through practical learning and direct participation in social activities. The learning objectives include:
· Developing intercultural awareness and learning to work in culturally diverse environments.
· Strengthening communication, teamwork, conflict resolution and leadership skills.
· Acquiring knowledge about social inclusion, migration processes, cultural diversity and the functioning of a social entity.
· Understanding the realities and challenges faced by migrants, vulnerable women, children and young people at risk of exclusion.
· Learning to design, implement and evaluate educational, social and community activities.
· Encouraging critical thinking, empathy and social responsibility.
· Improving personal autonomy, adaptability and task management.
· Reflect on and document your own learning process using European tools such as Youthpass.
· Internalize the values of the European Solidarity Corps: equality, respect for human rights, tolerance, non-discrimination and social justice.
· Overall, the project aims to help volunteers develop skills that will be useful for their personal and professional future, strengthening their ability to contribute positively to society.

Participation is obligatory, an option is to join via Skype / Hangouts apps.
