The project aims to enhance the employability of youth and improve the quality of work, aligning it with personal expectations and capabilities and to disseminate human skills among youth, equipping them with tools to pursue jobs that allow them to fulfil their potential and implement their ideas, values, and abilities. Participants will acquire concrete tools in the sphere of human skills applicable in professional and personal contexts. Additionally, they will uncover personal traits beneficial for initiative and personal growth.

Participant profile:
-Are 18-22 years old
-Resident in Bulgaria, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Romania
-Facing “fewer opportunities”
-Willing to reflect on themselves and put in practice their personal resources
-Willing to challenge themselves
IMPORTANT
Obligatory pre-departure meeting: to be announced and sent upon confirmation.
Come in person to learn about Smokinya, Erasmus+, this project, reimbursement and ask your questions.
Participation is obligatory, an option is to join via Skype / Hangouts apps.

This is learning program funded by Erasmus+ programme.
That requires commitment. You will be asked to organise a follow-up activity after the program.
The program is intensive and challenging.
The program does NOT include cultural and touristic sightseeing.

COST AND FEES
This project is funded by Erasmus+ programme: accommodation, food, materials, the programme and the travel costs up to the maximum allowed amount are fully covered.
Maximum travel reimbursement for Bulgarians: 30 EUR per person.
Participation donation: number EUR given in cash upon arrival at registration in place. This amount is an investment in your learning and supports the hosting organization’s local activities.
Smokinya Foundation operates thanks to hundreds of volunteering hours per month and donations.
We ask a contribution of 20 EUR /40 leva/ from all confirmed applicants.
Your donation covers some of our administrative and organisational expenses and supports Smokinya Foundation’s dream to establish youth-run international volunteering and training centre. In case the suggested donation amount is excessive for you, fill in the application form and contact us.
