33 participants from 10 countries (Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Greece, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Spain) have come in Plovdiv to enrich their leadership skills and apply the knowledge in the youth work field. They had the opportunity to practice proactivity and to work on themselves.

The main approach that was used is ontological and phenomenological method.
The participants had the opportunity to reflect on their patterns and their way of decision making, through experiential learning techniques. They also got to move past their assumptions to new realizations and commit to their individual goals.
