Involved – Empathic Communication is program build on the approaches of non-violent communication Arbinger´s institute, mindfulness and personal development.
WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Involved Empathic Communication is a training bringing together 22 educators, NGO workers, youth workers and peace makers from 7 countries: Czech Republic, Ukraine, Italy, Spain, Hungary, Bulgaria and Greece.
Its purpose is to offer the method of non-violent communication developed by Marshall Rosenberg together with other methods. The communication we want to grow through this project is based on understanding other´ s needs and expressing ones own. The idea behind is to review and to improve the connection and understanding in our personal relationships, communities and countries.
You will get an opportunity to explore your communication patterns, develop your empathy, create authentic relations with others and with yourself and discover your potential in a dialogue. It will also be about self-expression and cooperation with others, regardless of their cultural or social background.
It is an intense training in which you can expect 7 full days of personal development activities, outdoor activities, discussions, reflections and much more. The whole programme is very experiential and based on “learning by doing” approach.

This is educational mobility funded by Erasmus+ programme.
That requires commitment. You will be asked to organise a follow-up activity after the program.
The program is intensive and challenging.
The program does NOT include cultural and touristic sightseeing.

Finances
This project is funded by Erasmus+ programme: accommodation, food, materials, the programme and the travel costs up to the maximum allowed amount are fully covered.
Maximum travel reimbursement for Bulgarians: 275 EUR per person.
Participation contribution to the project cost requested: 50 EUR paid in cash upon arrival at registration in place.
Smokinya Foundation operates thanks to hundreds of volunteering hours per month and donations.
We ask a contribution of 16 EUR (30 leva) from all confirmed applicants. That amount covers some of our administrative and organisational expenses. This amount is NON-REIMBURSABLE.
