About the project
During this event, you will discover:
– how you can add educational value to your activities;
– how to guide the learning process of other people;
– how to stand in front of a group;
– how to give instructions for an activity;
– how to close an activity;
– how to stimulate cooperation and the community
aspect;
– how to create context-based programs;
– how to develop dynamic exchange experiences;
– how to turn individual activities into a learning
We are sure that you all have skills and expertise to share with each other – we will form a community of young and talented facilitators to support and inspire each other!
Our idea is to look at the topics of facilitation and program design from a new perspective. We zoom out and shift the focus from the perfect activities to the development of a strong method that determines the success of our learning processes.

and desired impact;
– know how to arrange the organizational elements of various
learning activities;
