Care2Travel е организация с нестопанска цел с над 12 години опит в приемането и подкрепата на млади хора чрез значими доброволчески преживявания. НАШАТА ЦЕЛ Е ДА СЪЗДАДЕМ СВЯТ, В КОЙТО ХОРАТА СА СОЦИАЛНО ОСЪЗНАТИ И МОТИВИРАНИ ДА ПРАВЯТ ПОЗИТИВНИ ПРОМЕНИ. Чрез практически проекти в местните общности младите хора развиват ключови компетенции, придобиват практически опит и допринасят за положителни социални промени. Към днешна дата сме посрещнали над 1000 индивидуални доброволци и над 400 групи доброволци, подкрепяйки тяхното обучение и укрепвайки местните общности.
Какво правят
Care2Travel е специализирана в управлението на доброволци, като привлича международни доброволци да работят в местната общност по етични проекти като преподаване, подкрепа след училище, специални нужди, устойчиво земеделие, подкрепа на НПО, летни лагери, реновиране и изграждане на общност. Ние се фокусираме върху обогатяването на културния опит както за доброволците, така и за местните жители, като организираме дейности като вечери с викторини, вечери с настолни игри, управление на общностна градина с оранжерия и система за компостиране, представяне на местни занаятчийски продукти, предлагане на обучения и организиране на ежегодни събития за изграждане на екип за местните доброволци.

Описание на дейността
Care2Travel организира 15-20 летни лагера в и около Меркуря Чук, в които през лятото участват около 600 деца и младежи. Доброволците помагат в планирането и провеждането на дейности, съобразени с нуждите на местните деца, включително игри, дейности за изучаване на английски език, изкуства и занаяти, музика, театър и спорт, всички провеждани на английски език. Лагерите насърчават децата да практикуват английски език с увереност, като общуват с международни доброволци. Доброволците помагат и при оценяването, събирането на данни, обратната връзка и отчетите за дейностите. Четиримата доброволци ще работят заедно за реализирането на дейностите в летния лагер, което изисква екипна работа и сътрудничество. Освен работата с децата, доброволците имат и допълнителни отговорности, като седмични срещи с ментор, посещаване на седмични езикови курсове и подготовка на дейности, материали и закуски за предстоящата седмица. Те също така ще участват в седмични срещи за настаняване и ще попълват седмични самооценки. Доброволците ще поддържат блог и ще публикуват редовно информация за своите дейности, както и ще работят в социалните медии на C2T, като създават публикации, снимки, видеоклипове и роли. Те също така участват в дейности за изграждане на екип с персонала на C2T и в общите онлайн обучения на националната агенция.
Who they are
Care2Travel is a non-profit organisation with over 12 years of experience hosting and supporting young people through meaningful volunteer experiences. OUR GOAL IS TO CREATE A WORLD WHERE PEOPLE ARE SOCIALLY AWARE AND MOTIVATED TO MAKE POSITIVE CHANGE. Through hands-on projects in local communities, young people develop key competences, gain practical experience, and contribute to positive social change. To date, we have welcomed more than 1,000 individual volunteers and over 400 group volunteers, supporting their learning journeys while strengthening local communities.
What they do
Care2Travel specializes in volunteer management, bringing international volunteers to work in the local community on ethical projects like teaching, after-school support, special needs, sustainable agriculture, NGO support, summer camps, renovation, and community building. We focus on enriching the cultural experience for both volunteers and locals by organizing activities like trivia nights, board game nights, managing a community garden with a greenhouse and composting system, showcasing local artisan products, offering trainings and hosting yearly team building events for local volunteers.

Activity description
Care2Travel organizes 15-20 summer camps in and around miercurea ciuc, engaging around 600 children and youth during the summer. volunteers help plan and run activities tailored to the local kids’ needs, including games, english learning activities, arts and crafts, music, theatre, and sports, all conducted in english. the camps encourage kids to practice english confidently by interacting with international volunteers. volunteers also assist with evaluation, data collection, feedback, and activity reports. The 4 volunteers will work together to implement summer camp activities, requiring teamwork and cooperation. beyond working with the children, volunteers have additional responsibilities, such as having a weekly meeting with a mentor, attending weekly language classes, and preparing activities, tools, and snacks for the upcoming week. they will also participate in weekly accommodation meetings, complete weekly self-assessments. volunteers will also maintain a blog and post regularly about their activities, and work on c2t’s social media by creating posts, pictures, videos, and reels. they also engage in teambuilding activities with c2t staff and participate in the national agency’s general online trainings.

COST AND FEES
This project is funded by ESC programme: accommodation, food, materials, the programme and the travel costs up to the maximum allowed amount are fully covered. No fees.
Maximum travel reimbursement for Bulgarians: 211 EUR per person/ 285 EUR per person GREEN TRAVEL
Smokinya Foundation operates thanks to hundreds of volunteering hours per month and donations.
We ask a contribution of 30 EUR from all confirmed applicants.
Your donation covers some of our administrative and organisational expenses and supports Smokinya Foundation’s dream to establish youth-run international volunteering and training centre. In case the suggested donation amount is excessive for you, fill in the application form and contact us.
