“Modern Community” project study visit announcement

An important step of the Modern Community project is approaching soon, we are going to meet in Stockholm for a study visit. During the 3 days program project partners are going to visit child educational centers and institutions, and get familiar with modern inclusive ways of supporting parents and families. The study visit is to train 4 staff members (2 RO + 2 BG) via a 3-day field visit in Sweden, exchanging parenting best practices.
This is combined with the ongoing research and survey – we aim at 400 parents fillinng in a survey, polling parenting experience, insights, needs.

Priorities:
- Creating and promoting learning opportunities among all citizens and generations;
- Addressing digital transformation through development of digital readiness, resilience and capacity;
- Creating upskilling and reskilling pathways.
Topics:
- Digital transformation planning and implementation;
- Inclusion, promoting equality and non-discrimination;
- Promoting gender equality.
The project focuses on promoting the importance of family and the father’s role in child education. Its goal is to provide support to parents, prospective parents, and communities in Romania and Bulgaria by providing access to non-formal educational resources.
