Hello, Salut, Hola, Ciao,
to everyone my name is Rose Denise and I’m 28 years old Italian girl with African origins precisely from Benin, a little state next to Nigeria on Western African area.
I consider myself a very open-minded person, determinate, dynamic and flexible; I’m good listener, empathetic and respectful, with no judgmental attitude.
During my free time I love to practise yoga, meditation and painting, as they are hobbies that really relax me.
Otherwise I really like dance, reading and play volleyball for energize me.
I’m passionate about languages, the reason why I know how to speak 4 of them:
Italian – French – Spanish and English.
Who knows this could be the best occasion to learn a fifth one?
Bulgarian definitely is going to be a good challenge for me!
Why do I know all these languages ?
Because I love to travel, to meet new people, cultures and traditions but most of all, I like to challenge myself and see how I can interact and discover new parts of myself in an unknown environment.
In fact, I’ve tried many times to go out of my comfort zone, for reach my goals and prove to myself that with dedication, commitment and self-discipline we can overcome all the obstacles and achieve everything we truly work hard for.
This state of mind helped me to do not be afraid to travel and lived as solo woman in different cities, such as Sydney and London, where I learn how to be independent, self-conscious of my capacity and limits.
Being out of my country has been for me the most formative experience I could ask for, as it gave me the opportunity to achieve the ability to perfection my languages skills, which were huge goals for me and be capable to adapting myself to any kind of situation.
Above all I’ve develop a responsible attitude based on problem solving vision.
One of my mantras is: “If you know what you want in life, there is no limit to getting! Always believe in yourself; but if you don’t know, don’t worry, there is a huge world waiting for you to discover the best in yourself”.

Well, I choose to live one year in Plovdiv as ESC volunteer, because I’m a Life Coach, accredited by International Coaching Federation ICF, and I really wanna work with Smokinya Foundation, which has a coaching’s base, so I can learn and improve my skills concerned about the non-formal education inside the Erasmus Plus program, provided by the European Solidarity Corps.
I really believe this can be a perfect occasion for grow, improve and learn many strategies and methods to be confident and capable of working in this field.
I’m very excited to see the transformation I will achieve at the end of this program!
