“A.S.P.I. Agile Sustainability Practices and Innovation”
Key Action 2: Cooperation among organisations and institutions
2024-2025
Participating countries: Bulgaria, Greece, Croatia
We’re excited to share some big news with you! Two of our team members are embarking on a brand-new project, and we’re eager to see where it leads us. Actually, we know the first destination – Zagreb!
Before we proceed, here’s some additional information:
Small-Scale Partnerships in Erasmus+ act as catalysts for change, particularly in sectors like NGOs where agility and innovation are essential. Much like a well-loved cafe provides a cozy setting for meaningful conversations, these partnerships offer a nurturing environment for exploring innovative approaches, such as integrating agile project management methodologies.
Our partnership aims to contribute to project management within the NGO sector by introducing agile methodologies. We’re committed to fostering adaptability and innovation, ensuring that NGOs can respond swiftly to changing needs and maximize their impact. Additionally, we seek to align these practices with sustainability principles, promoting responsible resource use. Through training and knowledge-sharing, we will empower NGOs to independently implement agile and sustainable practices, which could significantly improve their effectiveness and easily adapt to changes.
In the coming months, we’ll be hard at work brainstorming, planning, and getting our projects ready to go.
From coming up with new ideas to putting them into action, we’re keeping our focus on improvement and sustainability. In later stages of our project’s progression, we’ll introduce new valuable resource: a guidebook on agile management. It’s like our special recipe for success, and we’re excited to share it with everyone! This guidebook will be the essential resource for learning about agile project management in the NGO sector.
1. Our project aims to help organizations become more flexible and innovative by using agile management practices.
2. We seek to help organizations use resources responsibly and make positive impacts on communities by following sustainability principles.
3. With the project we’ll teach organizations how to use agile and sustainable practices on their own through training and sharing knowledge.
4. We’re studying how using agile and sustainable practices affects how well organizations work and their impact on the environment.
