What is this project:
A friendly, anonymous and accessible place, where everyone can find a multitude of different information (local job offers, resources, contacts…). IJ Auch is a member of the Eurodesk network. The team also offer support in setting up individual or collective projects (methodology, funding, partners…). It is a place where the visitors can have access to modern digital technology, and offers to make new technologies (tools and uses) accessible to as many people as possible. The animators supervise workshops and multimedia projects…
With the team, the volunteer will take part in all the activities of the organization with a particular focus on European information. The activities range from :
Welcoming the public and the users of our different spaces.
General activities
Creating newsletters, updating the website and the socials networks…
Offering participation in all our activities: concert, exhibitions, animation with teenagers, multimedia project, youth information…
Participating in local EU information/networking events : exhibition, debate, intervention in high school…
Sharing your European experiences as a volunteer for a local audience : student, youth workers…
Supporting and informing people about European projects, program Erasmus+, foreign opportunities, getting in contact…
Location
Place for activities = Association IMAJ
Place for accommodation = Le Noctile
Accommodation in a youth hostel in a private room (bathroom and kitchen) plus all the services : common rooms, internet, free activities…
Motivational, team working oriented, curious and open-minded.
Profile of the perfect volunteer
Self-confident and easy communication with kids, adults or people in general.
Taking initiatives and autonomy.
Some basic knowledge of the French language.
Comfortable using online technology: mail, social network (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter…), WordPress.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (ex : Canva).
Artistic sensibility.

This is learning program funded by Erasmus+ programme.
That requires commitment. You will be asked to organise a follow-up activity after the program.
The program is intensive and challenging.
The program does NOT include cultural and touristic sightseeing.
Get to know all provided information in the info letter before you submit your application form.
Apply only when you know you want to participate and you have the dates of the training available.
Travel reimbursement is only sent to those who fully participate in all phases, including the follow-up and dissemination.

Представяме Ви приятелска, анонимна и достъпна среда, където всеки би могъл да открие неизчерпаема информация (местни оферти за работа, ресурси, контакти… ). IJ Auch е член на Евродеск мрежата. Тимът предлага съдействие при изготвяне на индивидуални или групови проекти (методология, спонсориране, партньорство…). Това е място, в което посетителите имат достъп до модерни дигитални технологии; цели се новите технологии (инструменти и употреба) да станат достъпни за възможно най-много хора. Ръководителите водят различни работилници и мултимедийни проекти…
Общи дейности:
Заедно с тима доброволците ще взимат участие във всички дейности на организацията с конкретен фокус върху информация за Европа. Дейностите включват :
Посрещане на гостите и ползвателите на различните ни пространства;
Водене на документация, писане на бюлетини, обновяване на уебсайта и социалните ни мрежи…
Предлагане на участие във всички наши дейности: концерти, изложби, занимания с тийнейджъри, мултимедийни проекти, информация полезна за младежта…
Участие в местни информационно-мрежови инициативи на ЕС: изложби, дебати, посредничество в гимназиални дейности…
Споделяне на опит от ЕС доброволчески инициативи с местна аудитория: студенти; хора, заети в младежки инициативи…
Подкрепа и информиране на интересуващите се относно европейски проекти, програма Еразъм+, чуждестранни възможности, свързване и комуникация…
Местоположение:
Място на извършване на дейностите = Асоциация IMAJ
Място на настаняване = Le Noctile
Настаняване в младежки хостел в самостоятелна стая (с баня и кухня) вкл. всички удобства: общи помещения, Интернет, безплатни допълнителни дейности…
Търсим:
Мотивирани хора, ориентирани към работа в екип, любознателни и с отворено съзнание.
Уверени в себе си, общуващи с лекота както с деца, така и с възрастни.
Самостоятелни, поемащи инициатива.
С основни познания по френски език.
Използващи без затруднение онлайн технологии: имейл, социални мрежи (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter…), WordPress.
С основни познания в програми за графичен дизайн (напр. : Canva).
Артистични натури.
