Do you want to take your leadership abilities to the next level? Changemaker 4.0 is a personal development training course designed to help you unlock your full potential. Without self-awareness and a deep understanding of ourselves, we may find ourselves stuck in autopilot, lacking purpose and direction. By focusing on our mindset and attitudes, you can break free of these patterns and find the resources you need to succeed – our patterns of thinking and behaviour dictate our success in life.
It is a training course for those who are:
– Youth organization staff, volunteers , mentors , youth leaders
– Are at least 18 years old
– Able to communicate easily in English
– Willing to take part in a challenging program towards self-reflection
– Will participate fully in the programme from the beginning to the end.
IMPORTANT
Obligatory pre-departure meeting: date, time, place – to be announced and sent upon confirmation.
Come in person to learn about Smokinya, Erasmus+, this project, reimbursement and ask your questions.
Participation is obligatory, an option is to join via Skype / Hangouts apps.

That requires commitment. You will be asked to organise a follow-up activity after the program.
The program is intensive and challenging.
The program does NOT include cultural and touristic sightseeing.

COST AND FEES
This project is funded by Erasmus+ programme: accommodation, food, materials, the programme and the travel costs up to the maximum allowed amount are fully covered. No fees.
Maximum travel reimbursement for Bulgarians: 275 EUR per person.
Participation donation: 65 EUR given in cash upon arrival at registration in place. This amount is an investment in your learning and supports the hosting organization’s local activities.
Smokinya Foundation operates thanks to hundreds of volunteering hours per month and donations.
We ask a contribution of 20 EUR /40 leva/ from all confirmed applicants.
Your donation covers some of our administrative and organisational expenses and supports Smokinya Foundation’s dream to establish youth-run international volunteering and training centre. In case the suggested donation amount is excessive for you, fill in the application form and contact us.
