This project will give you the chance to
– discover collectively local products and recipes
– cook and transform collectively and share recipes from different countries
– discover and use a food processing laboratory
– create technical sheets and recipe booklet
This project is for you if you are:
– 18-30 years old (group leaders can be older)
– interested in food and cooking
– motivate and willing to participate during the full programme
– open-mind and interested to learn
- An information about COVID and the entry to France. For the return, receiving organisation will implement tests according to the sanitary restrictions in participants’ countries. To entry France:
-proof of vaccination status;
If you are not vaccinated, you must present to the transport company and to the border control authorities:
– either the negative result of a PCR test less than 72 hours old or an antigenic test less than 48 hours old before departure (departure of the first flight in case of connection);
– or a certificate of recovery (positive result of a PCR or antigenic test performed more than 11 days and less than 6 months before)
IMPORTANT
Obligatory pre-departure meeting: date, time, place – to be announced and sent upon confirmation.

Participation is obligatory, an option is to join via Skype / Hangouts apps.

That requires commitment. You will be asked to organise a follow-up activity after the program.
The program is intensive and challenging.
The program does NOT include cultural and touristic sightseeing.

COST AND FEES
This project is funded by Erasmus+ programme: accommodation, food, materials, the programme and the travel costs up to the maximum allowed amount are fully covered. No fees.
Maximum travel reimbursement for Bulgarians: 275 EUR per person (round trip)
Smokinya Foundation operates thanks to hundreds of volunteering hours per month and donations.
We ask a contribution of 20 EUR /40 leva/ from all confirmed applicants.
Your donation covers some of our administrative and organisational expenses and supports Smokinya Foundation’s dream to establish youth-run international volunteering and training centre. In case the suggested donation amount is excessive for you, fill in the application form and contact us.
