This is a learning program. It requires full focus and participation.
Travel reimbursement is only sent to those who fully participate in all phases, including the follow-up and dissemination.
Purpose
The aim of the project is to improve your involvement and engagement in nonformal learning and civic activities, by improving the quality of learning activities what you offer.
Motivation is a key issue for today’s young generation, according to our own experience and social studies. Motivation can be kept up by success, success can be reached by action, successful action can be carried out by owning (and not only knowing, but practicing) competences, where knowledge is balanced by applied skills and conscious attitude.

CYTCY focuses on the improvement of coaching skills, sharing, analysing and solving real-life, ongoing cases from the everyday practice of the participants and the sending organisations.
Participants
Apply if you are 18+, a youth worker, coach, trainer, mentor, working regularly with a specific target group and if you already use basic coaching / mentoring / counselling. Once the group is complete and all participants are selected we will send you a learning survey and based on the results the final program will be designed.
THE SETTING
This 8-day training is designed to serve as a thorough experience, namely immersive and involving 8-day coaching session.
Heuristic Coaching Method
Unique combination specially selected and attuned for contemporary challenges in
training and people development for people who work with people.

· Body movement (Feldenkrais, Palmer, Strozzi-Heckler)

· Systemic approach (Maturana, Varela, Hellinger, Whittington)

IMPORTANT
Obligatory pre-departure meeting: date, time, place – to be announced and sent upon confirmation.
Come in person to learn about Smokinya, Erasmus+, this project, reimbursement and ask your questions.
Participation is obligatory, an option is to join via Skype / Hangouts apps.

COST AND FEES
This project is funded by Erasmus+ programme: accommodation, food, materials, the programme and the travel costs up to the maximum allowed amount are fully covered. No fees.
Participation contribution to Smokinya Foundation:
We ask for 60 EUR donation per person at registration as an investment in your learning. The donations support Smokinya Foundation’s dream to establish youth-run international volunteering and training centre.
In case the donation amount is excessive for you, we welcome everyone who wants to learn and develop. Fill in the application form with your best motivation now!
