Communication for youth, international training course under Erasmus+ programme on using outdoor as a tool

Communication for youth is a training program on the topic of communication and is designed specifically for youth workers and leaders. It’s outcome is to create a ready to use communication workshop for youth including trainer manual, participant workbook, materials and feedback forms.
The program includes:
- a 7 days training course in June;
- a pilot period to test the workshop;
- a 3 days evaluation meeting in October.
Participants’ profile:
- people working with youth in an experimental learning context;
- possessing some knowledge about communication theories (NLP, DISC, INSIGHTS, Non Violent Communication).
It is very important that participants:
- attend and actively participate in all 3 parts of the program;
- deliver at least 2 workshops in the period in between.
Trainers: team of trainers from Poland, the Netherlands and Russia.

This is educational mobility funded by Erasmus+ programme.
That requires commitment. You will be asked to organise a follow-up activity after the program.
The program is intensive and challenging.
The program does NOT include cultural and touristic sightseeing.

Participation contribution: No participation fee is asked.
Reimbursement of travel costs for each training up to 275 EUR per person per activity from the Erasmus+ budget.
We ask you for a small contribution of 16 EUR (30 leva) for Smokinya Foundation which covers some administrative and organizational expenses. These amounts are NON-REIMBURSABLE.
