Europe’s Got Talent – Training course in Croatia

04-15 July 2016 – Europe’s Got Talent (Croatia)

Europe’s Got Talent, a youth exchange on creative employment and a basic synergy training
04-15 July 2016
Rijeka, Croatia
Countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, UK, Italy, Romania

The project ‘Europe’s Got Talent’ is an 11day international youth exchange that aims to tackle the problem of youth employability. The exchange will take place in July 4th-15th 2016 on the Croatian coast in the city of Rijeka. It will bring together 36 participants from 6 European countries: Croatia, Bulgaria, Italy, Romania, Czech Republic and United Kingdom.

The idea of the project is to support the young people to become the masters of their own lives. Nowadays in the world of endless opportunities on the one hand and society dictating and making terms on how to live and behave on the other hand, young people can easily get lost, unable to identify themselves and find their vocation in life.

The goal of the project is that young people get the opportunity to explore and get in touch with their inner wishes, dreams and talents. Not only will they get the opportunity to share their ideas and experience with others, but also learn a number of tools and techniques of how to bring out their talents, creativeness and uniqueness, become more selfaware, competitive and confident in terms of self-realization and thus more employable.

‘Europe’s Got Talent’ is a place to get empowered, see themselves as opportunities, take actions, making their own decision regarding their future and finding their own way in life.
