INTO THE WILD starts from this foundation: awareness becomes real only through action.
This training is the final step of the 2026 Smokinya Academy Trilogy, where learning moves beyond reflection into lived experience. Participants are placed in real conditions — rural, low-comfort, and unpredictable — where there is no script, no quick solutions, and no digital escape.
Here, communication, self-leadership, and awareness are not discussed — they are tested.
Through nature, group dynamics, and practical challenges, participants learn to act, adapt, and take responsibility in real time.

By the end of the training, participants will be able to:
-Turn awareness into action in real-life situations
-Act consciously under pressure, uncertainty, and discomfort
-Strengthen self-leadership and decision-making
-Build authentic human connection without digital mediation
-Develop resilience through physical and emotional challenges
-Apply experiential, nature-based methods in youth work
-Design learning experiences based on action, not theory

This is an unusual project.

- This training course involves:
- camping style accommodation,
- low comforts (shared simple showers, shared tents, shared simple squatting toilets),
- experiencing yourself and others naturally’
- outdoor activities, hikes, camping,
- open end challenges and much more!

That requires commitment. You will be asked to organise a follow-up activity after the program.
The program is intensive and challenging.
The program does NOT include cultural and touristic sightseeing.
