Youth Pass
Youthpass е европейски сертификат, който е част от програма Еразъм+ и Европейския корпус за солидарност. Използва се за награждавене на опита от неформални обучителни практики на млади хора и младежки лидери. Youthpass се състои от две части: потвърждение за участие и описание на резултатите от обучението. Потвърждението за участие съдържа основна информация като име на участника, заглавие на проекта и продължителност на проекта. В описанието на резултатите от обучението участниците отразяват собствения си опит и документират развитието на своите умения в области като комуникация, работа в екип и междукултурно обучение.
Youthpass е създаден в сътрудничество между участниците и ръководителите на проекта. Създава се онлайн и може да се издава на различни езици. Той осигурява официално признаване на придобитите умения, които могат да се използват в кандидатури за работа и CV-та. Youthpass насърчава участниците да осмислят собствения си опит в обучението, укрепва тяхното самочувствие и подкрепя мобилността на младите хора в Европа. Youthpass е ценен инструмент, който насърчава личното и професионалното развитие на младите хора и признава техния опит в обучението.
Youthpass
The Youthpass is an European certificate used as part of the Erasmus+ program and the European Solidarity Corps. It is used to recognize the non-formal and informal learning experiences of young people and youth leaders. The Youthpass consists of two parts: a confirmation of participation and a description of the learning outcomes.
The confirmation of participation contains basic information such as the name of the participant, the project title and the duration of the project. In the description of learning outcomes, participants reflect on their own experiences and document the development of their skills in areas such as communication, teamwork and intercultural learning.The Youthpass is created in collaboration between the participants and the project leaders.
The Youthpass is created online and can be issued in different languages. It provides official recognition of the skills acquired, which can be used in job applications and CVs. The Youthpass encourages participants to reflect on their own learning experiences, strengthens their self-confidence and supports the mobility of young people in Europe.
The Youthpass is a valuable tool that promotes the personal and professional development of young people and recognises their learning experiences.
