Hello! Our project Rural Future is coming to its end. Since February 2025, we hosted 7 young people in Mrachenik, rural village in the Sredna Gora region. All working together to renovate an old school into a volunteering and training center while connecting with rural life and locals.
This year, we opened our new project, Wild Vibes. We are now opened to application for this project, co-funded by the EU.

We will cover weekly progress through the so-called “Weekly Recaps”. Here we will give a brief overview of what is happening in this little village called Mrachenik and report on our experiences.
Hello!
This last week in Mrachenik has been really warm! Andrey came back, and we had the arrival of our new volunteer, Angela, who already made her post on the website! Go read it here. So in total we are 4 outsiders in the village. The work we did consisted mostly of computer work and showing Angela around, We also worked on our personal projects and begun working on planning a green house, in the moment we are doing shelves for seeding!
We also got invited by Styco to go to his shop and learn more about the village, we went through some old pictures and documents holding the story of his family. This week we also did helping hands, where we cleaned the village stairs from snow and ice that was covering it up. And some had the possibility of drinking a tea with baba Maria.
On Saturday we had a movie night where Angela prepared us some really nice true italian pizza!
