“WE LEAD” is a 9 days long training course, the venue is Neu Nagelberg, Austria where 31 participants gather from 11 organisations from 10 countries. This objectives from this training course is
– To improve professional skills and competences of youth workers
– To be able to design non-formal learning activities for young people with fewer opportunities in the topic of mindful leadership.
About participants:
We are looking for participants with these conditions:
– The age of the participants will be 21+
– youth workers who already showed interest to participate and to gain new knowledge to lead activities at home.
This course will focus on these topics:
– Emotional Intelligence
– Conscious Body Movement and Self awareness
– Emotional Freedom Technique
– Dynamic meditation
– Mindfulness
– Positive psychology
– Psycho-corporal integration of yoga and Taoism
– Dynamics from Music Therapy and the child’s safety circle
IMPORTANT
Obligatory pre-departure meeting: date, time, place – to be announced and sent upon confirmation.
Come in person to learn about Smokinya, Erasmus+, this project, reimbursement and ask your questions.
Participation is obligatory, an option is to join via Skype / Hangouts apps.

That requires commitment. You will be asked to organise a follow-up activity after the program.
The program is intensive and challenging.
The program does NOT include cultural and touristic sightseeing.

COST AND FEES
This project is Co-funded by Erasmus+ programme: accommodation, food, materials, the programme and the travel costs up to the maximum allowed amount are fully covered.
Maximum travel reimbursement for Bulgarians: 275 EUR per person.
Participation Contribution: 50 EUR given in cash upon arrival at registration in place. This amount is an investment in your learning and supports the hosting organization’s local activities.
Smokinya Foundation operates thanks to hundreds of volunteering hours per month and donations.
We ask a contribution of 20 EUR /40 leva/ from all confirmed applicants.
Your donation covers some of our administrative and organisational expenses and supports Smokinya Foundation’s dream to establish youth-run international volunteering and training centre. In case the suggested donation amount is excessive for you, fill in the application form and contact us.
