Ultimately Advanced | Training Course in Bulgaria
The course aims to support youth workers, educators, and trainers in developing their individual practices. It will support these professionals in establishing their own approaches, fostering diversity by including participants from various countries and cultures, promoting sustainability in career pathways and cultivating a mindset for EU-level engagement.
It is training in leadership and accountability to youth workers, trainers, and educators, and facilitating the exchange of best practices, innovative methods, and networking opportunities among peers. Thе project program is designed to support you to become aware of your inner and outer games. It is highly experiential, challenging, and intense in terms of working hours.
When? 6 - 15 November 2023 (including travel days)

In September we had 4 Smokinya Clubs. On the first SC we spend our Thursday evening on the picnic next to Maritsa river! Then on the 12th September we continued our active Smokinya Club and had a volleyball match in the Youth Center. For the third one, we met next to the Youth Hill and together we climbed the biggest hill in Plovdiv. And finally the last Smokinya Club was dedicated to board games at our attic!

Cleaning Events
While many enjoy their leisure time outdoors, not everyone prioritizes caring for the outdoor environment. Unfortunately, litter is a often seen issue. Therefore, we continued the initiative to address this problem!
We held new cleaning events in the city of Plovdiv. In August we had two cleaning events, this time they took place in in Gagarin Neighborhood and Maritsa River! Thanks to the efforts of all participants, we made our area a better place!

A group of 35 volunteers from ESC partner countries come to Kielce, Poland, to work in different educational institutions: primary schools, kindergartens and a youth center, cultural institutions, and our office in the school year of 2023/2024.
