🖌️ Do you want to master your trainer’s skills? Do you want to connect all elements and resources of a learning process in order to efficiently apply your methods in different contexts? Do you want to create meaningful programmes that reflect your values and fulfill targeted needs?
In this training you will have the opportunity to:
✅ Identify your key competences as a facilitator with the support of internationally recognized tools.
✅ Develop a mindset of doing less to get more involvement and participation.
✅ Expand your capacity to better connect with individuals.
✅ Increase your employability as a free-lance facilitator.
🗝️ This Training Course is designed to enhance trainers’ ability to connect various elements of non-formal education, elevate their training and facilitation skills, improve communication skills and fully engage in experiential learning.

Obligatory pre-departure meeting: date, time, place – to be announced and sent upon confirmation.
Come in person to learn about Smokinya, Erasmus+, this project, reimbursement and ask your questions.
Participation is obligatory, an option is to join via Skype / Hangouts apps.

That requires commitment. You will be asked to organise a follow-up activity after the program.
The program is intensive and challenging.
The program does NOT include cultural and touristic sightseeing.

COST AND FEES
This project is funded by Erasmus+ programme: accommodation, food, materials, the programme and the travel costs up to the maximum allowed amount are covered.
There is a participation fee of 60€ per activity.
Maximum travel reimbursement for Bulgarians: 180€ per person (or 210€ if you use buses/trains)
Smokinya Foundation operates thanks to hundreds of volunteering hours per month and donations.
We ask a contribution of 20 EUR /40 leva/ from all confirmed applicants.
Your donation covers some of our administrative and organisational expenses and supports Smokinya Foundation’s dream to establish youth-run international volunteering and training centre. In case the suggested donation amount is excessive for you, fill in the application form and contact us.
