We present you a long term training program in the Czech Republic.
This is a training course for the youth leaders and trainers. The training includes two residential trainings, online activities and practice workshops.

28th November – 6th December 2022, the ecocentre Loutí, Czech Republic

During the training course in the Czech Republic you will:
– learn how to design and deliver high quality non-formal education
– fill the informational gap created by an official educational system
– improve your working, social and soft skills
Topics are:
– International environment
– Non-formal education (NFE), its planning and activity design
– Experiential learning and youth work
– Group work
– Soft-skills and personal development
– Erasmus+ projects and networking
and so on
You can join if you are:
– above 18 y.o.
– an official resident of one of the participating countries (the Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, Croatia, Hungary)
– able to work and communicate in English
– motivated to learn more and improve skills
– willing to actively participate during all the phases of this training programme
– active in a youth organisation
– ready to apply the received experience into work
Participants facing difficult life problems will be given a priority.
The mentioned phases are:
PHASE 1
ARRIVAL: Monday 29th August, 5 – 7 pm
PROGRAMME DAYS: 30th August – 5th September
DEPARTURE Tuesday 6th September, till 11 am
PHASE 2
ARRIVAL: Monday 28th November, 5 – 7 pm
PROGRAMME DAYS: 29th november – 5th December
DEPARTURE: Tuesday 6th December, till 11 am

This is learning program funded by Erasmus+ programme.
That requires commitment. You will be asked to organise a follow-up activity after the program.
The program is intensive and challenging.
The program does NOT include cultural and touristic sightseeing.

COST AND FEES
Accommodation, vegetarian food, materials, the program and the travel costs up to the maximum allowed amount are fully covered.
Maximum travel reimbursement for Bulgarians: 275 EUR per person.
Participation donation: 100 EUR given in cash upon arrival at registration in place. This amount is an investment in your learning and supports the hosting organization’s local activities (individual agreements can be discussed).
Smokinya Foundation operates thanks to hundreds of volunteering hours per month and donations.
We ask a contribution of 20 EUR /40 leva/ from all confirmed applicants.
Your donation covers some of our administrative and organisational expenses and supports Smokinya Foundation’s dream to establish youth-run international volunteering and training centre. In case the suggested donation amount is excessive for you, fill in the application form and contact us.
