The Training Course program includes both group and individual work.
Within this time we will be working on overcoming the difficulties of professional burnout in youth work, finding new motivation and ways to recharge energies. Topics to cover: Wellbeing in youth work, Mindfullness, Alternative methods for wellbeing promotion of youth work, Coaching and mentoring, Psychology basics on youth work, Psychology support in youth work, Physical activity for wellbeing.
IMPORTANT
Obligatory pre-departure meeting: date, time, place – to be announced and sent upon confirmation.
Come in person to learn about Smokinya, Erasmus+, this project, reimbursement and ask your questions.
Participation is obligatory, an option is to join via Skype / Hangouts apps.

COST AND FEES
This project is funded by Erasmus+ programme: accommodation, food, materials, the programme and the travel costs up to the maximum allowed amount are fully covered. No fees.
Maximum travel reimbursement for Bulgarians: 255 EUR per person.
Smokinya Foundation operates thanks to hundreds of volunteering hours per month and donations.
We ask a contribution of 20 EUR /40 leva/ from all confirmed applicants.
Your donation covers some of our administrative and organisational expenses and supports Smokinya Foundation’s dream to establish youth-run international volunteering and training centre. In case the suggested donation amount is excessive for you, fill in the application form and contact us.
