ABOUT THE PROJECT
No Box consist of 4 stages: online preparation, training course, local activity, follow-up.The project is learning experience that aims to train youth educators on how to bring personal development elements while working in outdoor context.
WHAT CAN YOU GET OUT OF THIS TRAINING?
Online preparation: Be outside, Discover, Explore, Absorb, Be
Training course: During the training course part you will develop professionally and personally and it will require your involvement and investment in your own learning process and growth. You will live outdoors, you will receive outdoor activities, you will create and deliver outdoor activities, you will form a sustainable community, you will be challenged to grow and take the next step as an outdoor trainer
Local Activity: During this part you will share your experience of No Box training course with your community. You will be asked to create and perform an outdoor activity with the skills acquired during the previous stages of the project
Follow-up: During this part you will be the author of your own learning and you will share it with the world. You will have the chance to unpack your stuff and put them into your reality while co-creating and sharing outputs created during the previous phases of the project (Videos, Manuals etc)
IMPORTANT
Obligatory pre-departure meeting: date, time, place – to be announced and sent upon confirmation.
Come in person to learn about Smokinya, Erasmus+, this project, reimbursement and ask your questions.
Participation is obligatory, an option is to join via Skype / Hangouts apps.

This is learning program funded by Erasmus+ programme.
That requires commitment. You will be asked to organise a follow-up activity after the program.
The program is intensive and challenging.
The program does NOT include cultural and touristic sightseeing.
Get to know all provided information in the info letter before you submit your application form.
Apply only when you know you want to participate and you have the dates of the training available.

COST AND FEES
This project is funded by Erasmus+ programme: accommodation, food, materials, the programme and the travel costs up to the maximum allowed amount are fully covered.
Maximum travel reimbursement for Bulgarians: 245 EUR per person.
Participation contribution to the project cost requested: 50 EUR paid in cash upon arrival at registration in place.
Smokinya Foundation operates thanks to hundreds of volunteering hours per month and donations.
We ask a contribution of 20 EUR (40 leva) from all confirmed applicants. That amount covers some of our administrative and organisational expenses. This amount is NON-REIMBURSABLE.
